Packaging & Shipping
The Ordered Products/Goods can be packed in three ways as per standard packaging.
1.The Product/Goods will be packed in a water proof LDPE bubble wrap and corrugated paper. Then strip will be placed on a product in order to make packaging strong.
2.The product/Goods will be packed into a water proof LDPE bubble wrap then placed into the corrugated box, after this bar strip will be applied.
3. As per Buyer’s requirement and it may cost additional.

Q. How is ordering a container advantageous?
A. Ordering a container load will save you a bundle of money. Our warehouse serves as a central and strategic export source. From the size of 20 to 40 feet’s of containers are available for the order. Shipping to UAE, US, Australia, and many other countries is done. Normally the delivery of the container is done within 30 to 45 days (depending on goods) after the confirmation of the order.
Q. Terms for the confirmation of order and payments.
A. For an order to be confirmed as final, the customer needs to make an advance payment of 40-50% of the total cost. And the remaining amount should be paid after getting scan copy of BL & other documents.
Q. Guarantee regarding packaging and shipping
A. The adequate packing and shipping of the container is guaranteed by Riddhi Siddhi Art Exports . Customer may also apply for the Shipping Insurance.
Q. If customer is not able to take possession of delivered container?
A. Lack in the ability to take possession of delivered container (to the destination) due to any reason shall make him/her responsible for all the shipment and other costs and charges incurred.
Q. Complaints and claims regarding quality of container contents?
A. Only for the total cost more than 5% of the total value of container, complaints about the quality of its content shall be accepted, the document claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the container. Any discrepancy found in the claim may lead to its rejection. The customer shall be proved with the approved compensation/ credits in the form of In-house credit to insure replacement of damaged goods.
Q. Can the content of my container be chosen by me independently?
A. Yes! You just need to give the list of items you want, we will do our best effort to provide you the same, even if it is not listed in our website but being manufactured in India, simply send the full details of the product.
Q. Can different product lines be mixed onto my single container?
A. Yes! The different product line chosen from our selection of furniture, accessories or reproductions etc can be included in a single container.
Q. Up to what location the container are shipped?
A. Simply send us your complete address, and we will quote the shipping price to you.
Q. Is there any chance for the availability of preloaded containers?
A. Depends on different occasions, the preloaded containers may be available. Please Email us for the query of availability.

Q. How long will it take to get my container?
A. Most of the containers are shipped within 6 to 8 weeks after we have received a confirmation order.
Q. What is the process of packaging a container?
A. keeping in mind, the full safety of the product, the process of packaging is accomplished in three steps:
Firstly, the product corners are en-safe with water resistant foam, followed by a single-sided corrugated cardboard to absorb shocks and jerks during the shipment. And finally, the whole is wrapped in a bubble sheet for better protection.
Q. When should the payment of the container be done?
A. For the confirmation of container order, a deposit of 40 to 50% is required. After this, the goods will be ready to stuff from the Jodhpur dry port. Original bill will be given to you after the rest amount of the bill has been paid.
Q. What should be done in case of arrival of a damaged container?
A. Depending on the situation, the damage case will be handled accordingly. However, any kind of manufacturing defect or damage due to deficient packaging will be covered by
